Terms of Service

These terms explain how Steeple Clips ("we", "us") works with churches ("you"). When you sign an Order Form with us, the Order Form also applies; if the two ever differ, the Order Form wins.

1. What we do

From the sermon or service video you send us, we make short, captioned, vertical clips for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook and TikTok. On the Growth plan, and only after your OK, we can post them to the channels you name.

2. Free trial and fees

• Churches get two Sundays free (no card, no commitment). After that the first month is $99, then your plan price.
• Fees are in US dollars, invoiced monthly in advance, and paid by bank transfer through the payment service named on the invoice.
• If an invoice is more than 7 days late, we may pause delivery until it is paid.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time with 7 days' notice by email to [email protected]. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. See our Refund policy.

4. Your content and ownership

• You keep full ownership of your sermon and of every clip you have paid for.
• You give us permission to edit your footage only to make your clips, and to post them only on the channels you name. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
• You confirm you have the right to let us use the video you send (for example, that you can share the people, music and images in it).

5. Music and copyright

Worship songs performed in a service are often not licensed for online clips, so by default we cut around them. We only add music we are licensed to use. If a platform raises a copyright claim on a clip, tell us and we will fix or remove it.

6. AI and people

We use software, including AI tools, to transcribe, find moments and caption. A person on our team reviews every clip before you get it. We never imitate a real person's voice.

7. No promise of views

We promise your clips, on time. We do not promise views, followers or any other results on any platform.

8. Liability

We do our work with care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell current clients by email at least 14 days before the change applies to them.
